For the 2026 season, One Colorado’s The Courtyard Wellness Sessions will offer mindful fitness experiences including Pilates and Yoga led by Equinox instructors, along with Sound Bath and Breathwork sessions guided by Somer Skye Energy Works. Join us to relax, unwind, and begin your week with clear intentions.
What to bring: A yoga mat, towel and water. You're also welcome to bring blankets and pillows for added comfort.
