One Colorado Wellness Series - Breathwork/Sound bath by SomerSkye Energy Works

SomerSkye Energy Works is a heart‑centered couple devoted to healing, presence, and the transformative power of sound and breath. Based in Pasadena, they offer sound baths, breathwork journeys, and energetic experiences designed to nourish the soul and awaken the heart.

The class will be guiding a Breathwork and Sound Bath experience beginning with 15 minutes of intentional breathwork to help participants shed stress and tension. The journey then transitions into soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and the deep, soulful resonance of live cello melodies.

It is an invitation to rest, receive, and realign — a space to return to oneself with clarity and ease.
