Free Sound Bath with Somer Skye Energy Works at One Colorado

At Somer Skye Energy Works, we are a heart-centered couple devoted to healing, presence, and the transformative power of sound and breath. Based in Pasadena, we offer sound baths, breathwork journeys, and energetic experiences designed to nourish the soul and awaken the heart.

Somer Skye Energy Works will be guiding a Breathwork and Sound Bath at one Colorado Pasadena.

Starting with 15 minutes of breath work to shed stress and tension,  transitioning into the soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, the deep soulful cello lines, and melodies to wash over you.  This is your time to rest, receive, and realign.
